Zileia Australia Returns & Refunds Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Returns for Change of Mind or Size
As we are a small business, we are unable to offer refunds for returns due to a change of mind or if the item doesn't fit. For these cases, we will issue you a store voucher.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately. In this case, we will evaluate the issue and offer you a full refund.
How to Start a Return
To start a return, you can contact us at zileia.australia@gmail.com. We'll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please note that returns will need to be sent to the address provided by email.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item using your store voucher.
Tailoring
Please note that Zileia does not offer tailoring or alteration services on any of our jumpsuits. All items are sold as-is, and we do not provide custom sizing or sewing adjustments.
Refunds (Only for Defective Items)
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
