1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2-4 business days.
- Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. We will notify you via email if there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders over 3 items (including jumpsuits, shoes...)

3. Local Delivery & Pickup (Optional)

If you are located on the Gold Coast, we may offer local pickup options.

Local Pickup: We are located in Southport Area. If you wish to pick up locally you will have to arrange a date and time with us. Please feel free to send an email to zileia.australia@gmail.com or by direct message in Instagram.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
We offer international shipping.

Estimated delivery time: around 15 working days
Express shipping
Cost: 80$ AUD
Estimated delivery time: 4-7 working days
6. Damages & Lost Packages

Zileia Australia is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.

If your order has not arrived within the estimated time frame, please contact the shipping carrier first. If the issue is not resolved, please contact us at zileia.australia@gmail.com with your order number so we can assist you.
7. Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the package.
